GENERAL
All our pieces are crafted entirely in 18k gold. We work with natural diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and emeralds, and Akoya as well as South Sea pearls.
Should you have any customization requests, we will be happy to try and accommodate them. Please do write to us at info@thelinehq before finalizing your transaction.

CARE
We encourage you to clean pieces with a soft damp cloth. Other methods of cleaning are not advisable, especially wherever gemstones are involved.
In order to avoid spraying perfume on your jewellery, it is advised you wear your perfume, before you wear your jewellery.
Avoid bathing in, sleeping in, or swimming with your jewellery on.
Please be advised that a failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to your jewellery, and we will not be liable for any such damage.
DELIVERY
All orders require a shipping window of 3 weeks. Wherever possible, we will do our best to accommodate urgent orders, please do write in at info@thelinehq.com, if that is the case.
Once you place your order, we will email you to let you know when your order will ship. You will receive your order within 3 working days of estimated shipping date.
Our pieces are crafted by hand, and they may vary slightly from pictures. This is also true of gemstones, whose natural imperfections are part of their beauty. While we always endeavor to match gemstones in colour and quality, an exact replica is never possible.
At the moment, we only ship within UAE, at no extra shipping fee.
If you are shopping from outside the UAE, we can process your order manually. Please note, every country has its own custom regulations. Any incoming duties on jewellery have to be borne directly by you, subject to the rules of your delivery country. Any such duties will be notified to you directly by the shipping company.
PAYMENT
All prices are stated in AED and 5%VAT applies at checkout.
We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to accommodate COD requests.
RETURNS
We are unable to offer refunds and exchanges. All sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations to your order can be processed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
DAMAGES
All pieces are made with utmost love and care. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please write to us immediately at info@thelinehq
We request you to please report these within 48 hours of receipt. We will not be liable for any damage to jewellery that is communicated to us after said period has lapsed.
